AddSales ticks all the boxes. A marketing program that rewards both you and your clients by giving your clients a fully funded voucher for them to use at your store – on your products or services. That’s correct, your clients get vouchers to redeem without costing you any profit.
So how does it work?
Some Shared Help members are suppliers. They have products that are both great and good value. These suppliers are happy to offer our retail members help with reciprocal marketing.
Your customers will have direct access to these supplier products straight off your own Shared Help Invites page.
Each time a user of your Shared Help site purchases from these members a voucher is given to your customer to use at your store on your own goods or services.
Not only does your client get a voucher to use at your store, but you receive the full amount of money to cover the value of that voucher. The money is paid into your bank account ready and waiting for when the client revisits.
Moreover not only are your existing clients able to benefit from this but also their friends. This happens when an existing client shares news of your great vouchers and their friends purchase to obtain a voucher too – being a voucher specifically usable at your store.
Electronic copies of all vouchers are emailed to your store. These can be used reconcile.
How do I activate AddSales?
No action required! As long as you are already registered on Shared Help as a facilitator, it is already activated by default on your Shared Help site.
You will however need to nominate a bank account to receive the monies into.
How do I use AddSales?
AddSales is all set for you to use:
- Simply go to your Invites page within Shared Help and look for the online cards titled In Focus. These are suppliers offering vouchers that your clients can use in your store.
- Mention these In Focus cards (and the associated vouchers) to your clients. Ideally let them pull up your Shared Help Invites page on their mobile then they can follow new In Focus promotions as they come up!
- The more products your customers buy the more vouchers they will get. All redeemable at your store!
- Featured products are calibrated not to compete with your retail sector.
- Vouchers issued for use in your store have a valid from date after which it can be redeemed. This allows for the money to come into your account first and also allows for a repeat visit to take place. The valid to date defaults to six weeks on from the valid from date. Of course you are welcome to accept vouchers beyond the valid dates should you wish to do so.

How the store owner transacts
- Store owner receives notification of client purchase and issued voucher.
- Store owner receives monies into their bank (Monies forwarded weekly ahead of the voucher valid from date).
- New and existing clients visit store to use vouchers.
Clients can display their redeemable voucher on mobile device or present a printed one if preferred.
Store owners use the voucher notifications (they can be printed) to reconcile against vouchers as they come in.
FAQ’S
How much is the voucher amount? – This amount is set ahead of the promotion by Shared Help and the member supplier. They usually start at $5.00 and can go up to $50.00. You will be notified by email of new upcoming promo’s and their voucher amounts.
